Data Used
Prevention Works does not create a user account and does not request a login identifier. The app may store locally the selected country, selected language, advertising consent, favorites, and search history. These items are stored on the device to make the app faster to use and may be deleted by the user from the app or by clearing local device data.
Location is optional. When authorized by the user, it is used to search for a municipality, city, postal code, or nearby area. Prevention Works does not store exact GPS coordinates by default in a server side profile because the current version does not provide an online account.
Searches typed in the app may be kept locally to make later consultation easier. The user may delete this local history at any time.
Official Sources
In France, the app uses public and official sources to display aggregated and non identifying information. In the United States, the app may open official jurisdiction or registry pages and must not import personal records when reuse conditions are not clearly authorized.
Advertising and Consent
Prevention Works is free and may display advertising through Google AdMob and mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, or InMobi when those partners are enabled in mediation. Personalized advertising relies on consent when required by law. In Europe, the app uses a GDPR compatible consent mechanism when available. On iOS, the app may request App Tracking Transparency authorization before personalized advertising.
Ads are not planned on emergency screens, official number screens, critical service detail screens, or privacy pages. Banner and interstitial frequency may be adjusted remotely to preserve a reasonable experience.
User Rights
Depending on applicable law, the user may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal data. Because the current version does not provide an online account, personal data directly controlled by the app is mainly local. Privacy requests may be sent to Support@le2mholding.com.
